Dr. Fleer relocated to West Virginia over 30 years ago and has been providing quality family and emergency care to residents of Nicholas County and surrounding areas since that time. He and his wife reside in the area and have raised a family here. Dr. Fleer is an avid book reader, strongly supports recycling in the area and wellness activities and lifestyles.
