Patient FAQ's

What can I expect when I check in?


Patients should expect to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment. Patients will be greeted by a receptionist and subsequently directed to a Registration Representative who will obtain demographic and financial information. Consent forms will be signed. Patients will need to present insurance cards and pay their co-pay and/or deductible at the time of service. Summersville Memorial Hospital is not responsible for patient valuables and patients are therefore encouraged to leave all non-essential items at home.
