Director of Patient Revenue Management
Join our quest for 365 days to excellence! This position reports to the CFO to provide leadership for billing, collection functions and reviewing of processes. Responsible for monitoring and guiding the management of the account receiving / reimbursement function, the candidate must be able to plan, organize and direct the overall operations of the patient accounts department and demonstrate the ability to supervise and manage staff for results. Ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years’ management experience in patient accounts, excellence communication skills, and be proficient in computerized billing. Our 105 bed not-for-profit hospital in a family orientated service area of 32,000 in central WV.
