ICU Services

Summersville Memorial Hospital has a 6 bed multidisciplinary Intensive Care Unit.

The Intensive Care Unit specializes in the comprehensive care of critically ill adult and pediatric patients. Patients include those experiencing complex cardiac, pulmonary, renal, gastric disease, including post-surgical who require advanced medical, nursing or respiratory care. Close observation, telemetry monitoring and advanced technological services are offered.

The Intensive Care Unit consists of a multidisciplinary staff including Registered Nurses and Respiratory care.
